Greiner to Sell 22.6% Stake in Recticel to Baltisse

Greiner AG said it’s selling a 22.6% stake in Recticel SA to Baltisse NV shortly after buying 27% of the company in an agreement announced in May 2021.
The Austrian plastics maker called the sale a “a back-to-back transaction” with plans to sell its remaining stake, it said. Last month, it said its takeover offer for control of Recticel fell short, prompting it to explore other options for its holdings.
