Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo was sued over alleged sexual harassment by a state trooper who was part of his protective detail.
Cuomo requested that “Trooper 1,” as she’s identified in the complaint, was assigned to the Protective Service Unit even though she didn’t have the tenure to join the division, according to the complaint filed Thursday in federal court in Brooklyn, New York.
