Bowen was in charge of hardware engineering for the company’s bikes and treadmill, as well as the upcoming Guide device and a new heart-rate monitor. Barker, meanwhile, was previously chief executive officer of Precor, a provider of bikes to gyms and hotels that Peloton brought last year.
