Two Saudi royals at loggerheads over an 18-bedroom Beverly Hills compound put their disputes over the property and its potential sale behind them.

Prince Faisal Bin Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and his ex-wife, Fahdah Husain Abdulrahman Al-Athel, agreed to settle a three-year-old lawsuit in Delaware Chancery Court over who should pay for renovations, court filings show. The terms of the settlement are confidential, but a judge concluded the accord was “fair, reasonable and adequate, and in the best interests” of the warring royals, according to the filing Tuesday. A trial date in the case had been set for March.
