Addison Lee Ltd. is offering new and existing drivers enhanced benefits as London’s largest taxi firm bets demand will pick up as the government eases Covid-19 restrictions.

The closely held company’s new package includes sick pay, mental-health counseling and maternity leave, according to a statement Monday. It’s already been trying for months to lure drivers with a 5,000-pound ($6,700) welcome salary for the first month.
