South Africa must embark on a “just energy transition” to stimulate greater investment as a way to to overcome damaging electricity shortages, said President Cyril Ramaphosa.
Ramaphosa spoke at the conclusion of the ruling ANC’s National Executive Council meeting on Sunday.
