New York Governor Kathy Hochul declared a $1 billion “War on Potholes,” sure to cheer drivers from Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn to Hertel Avenue in Buffalo.
Hochul announced “Operation POP,” short for “pave our potholes,” as part of her $216.3 billion budget plan released on Tuesday.
