Finland May Join Italy, Greece in Asking EU Passengers to Test

Finland’s government will discuss later on Thursday whether passengers from European Union countries should be required to present a certificate of a negative Covid-19 test upon arrival.

Choosing to do so would align the Nordic country with Italy and Greece in rejecting common rules for the bloc, as a response to fears about the fast-spreading omicron variant.
