Expert Network Firm Gerson Lehrman Files for IPO

Gerson Lehrman Group Inc., a so-called matchmaking expert network firm, filed to go public in the U.S. via an initial public offering.

The company in a filing Monday listed the size of the offering as $100 million, a placeholder amount that will likely change
