Justice Kavanaugh Will Be Back on Supreme Court Bench Tuesday

Justice Brett Kavanaugh will be on the U.S. Supreme Court bench for arguments Tuesday after taking part by phone last week because of a positive Covid test, a spokeswoman said.
Kavanaugh, who like the other justices is fully vaccinated, had been working from home after testing positive on Sept. 30. He participated remotely in five arguments last week.
