Suspect in Bomb Threat Near Capitol Surrenders to Police

A man who claimed to have explosives in his truck near the U.S. Capitol surrendered to police Thursday after an hours-long standoff, authorities said.
Capitol Police Chief Thomas Manger said the man, identified as Floyd Ray Roseberry, 49, of North Carolina, gave up without incident.
