Mizuho Financial Group Inc. became the latest lender to raise pay for its U.S. junior bankers, according to people familiar with the matter.
The Japanese bank’s Mizuho Americas unit will now pay first-year junior analysts $100,000, the people said, asking not to be identified discussing private information.
