Female Board Membership Rises in S&P/ASX 200 in June

Women held one more seat on the boards of companies in the S&P/ASX 200 in June compared to the previous month. The average number of women directors was unchanged at 2.6, out of an average board size of 7.6. The percentage of female directorships fell to 33.8% from 33.9%.
