A year of lockdowns and temporary closures impacted the list of Asia’s top dining rooms, with some new names near the top of the list.
The Chairman in HOng Kong was named the No. 1 restaurant in the region by World’s 50 Best Restaurants, which is owned by William Reed Business Media Ltd. It’s the first establishment in Hong Kong to take the top spot.
