The World Health Organization called for immunizations with AstraZeneca Plc’s Covid-19 vaccine to continue after at least 10 countries suspended use of the shot over safety concerns.

An expert group is assessing reports of blood clots in some people who received doses of the inoculation from two batches, WHO officials said Friday. Unless a clear link is established, there’s no reason to stop injections, the group said, echoing the comments of Europe’s drug regulator.
