Greensill Bank Faces Criminal Complaint After Valuations Probe

Germany’s financial regulator has asked prosecutors in the city of Bremen to investigate Greensill Bank AG.
BaFin filed the criminal complaint on Wednesday, according to a spokesman for the prosecutors. A spokesman for the regulator declined to comment.
