No Women on the Board at Newest ASX 200 Member, Even as Numbers Rise

Kogan.com Ltd., the online retailer added to the S&P/ASX 200 in December, joins Silver Lake Resources Ltd. in the list of Australia’s biggest companies without any women on its board.
Women held five more seats on the boards of companies in the S&P/ASX 200 in January compared to the previous month, the biggest increase in eight months. The average number of women directors was unchanged at 2.4, out of an average board size of 7.5. The percentage of female directorships rose to 32.3% from 32.1%.
