Norway proposed draft regulations to give it the power to introduce a curfew if the Covid-19 virus spreads out of control, according to the Justice and Emergency Preparedness Ministry.
The proposal, which has been published as a consultation document before any change to legislation, would be used as an infection control measure only in the most extreme circumstances, the ministry said in a statement on Friday.
