President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris met with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer on Friday in Delaware, as lawmakers negotiate spending bills to avert a government shutdown and provide coronavirus relief.
