Wines From Israel-Controlled Golan Heights to Be Sold in UAE

Israel’s Golan Heights Winery, located in an area captured from Syria in the 1967 Mideast war, will market its products in the United Arab Emirates beginning Thursday.
The Golan-bottled wines will be made available in the UAE through African & Eastern, an importer of alcoholic beverages, Yair Shapira, the winery’s chief executive officer, said in a Kan radio interview.
