Iran could restore almost 2 million barrels of oil exports daily if Joe Biden wins next month’s U.S. presidential election, according to the head of the International Energy Forum.

If Biden, as he’s indicated, tries to revive an Iranian nuclear pact that President Donald Trump took the U.S. out of in mid-2018, negotiations between the two sides will probably lead to more output from the Islamic Republic, according to Joe McMonigle.
