Dubai’s Emirates NBD Signs MoU With Israel’s Bank Hapoalim

Emirates NBD PJSC, the biggest bank in Dubai, signed a memorandum of understanding with Bank Hapoalim as the United Arab Emirates and Israel normalize their relations.
It follows First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC saying earlier this month it plans to start talks with Bank Hapoalim and Bank Leumi to forge cooperation in the financial sector. The UAE and Israel started normalizing ties last month.
