A battle over a trademark for halloumi is maturing in a London court.
The Foundation for the Protection of the Traditional Cheese of Cyprus is challenging the ability of a Hungarian dairy company, Babel Sajt Kft, to register a trademark named “Hadjú Halloumi.”
