Woodward, Hexcel End Aerospace Merger Pact, Citing Pandemic

Woodward Inc. and Hexcel Corp. called off a merger agreement that would have created one of the world’s biggest aerospace and defense suppliers, adding to the list of deals that have been quashed by coronavirus pandemic.
