Spain may have a candidate to become a coronavirus vaccine before the end of April, Science Minister Pedro Duque said in a news conference Thursday.

“We have many Spanish facilities working on several lines of vaccine research,” Duque said. “This area is making progress and likely before the end of April we’ll have a vaccine candidate.”
