Hong Kong extended mandatory quarantines to more countries, issued a global travel advisory to residents and said it would keep some schools shut longer as the coronavirus continues to spread around the world.
In a regular briefing on Tuesday, Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam detailed her government’s new measures as the virus triggered unprecedented travel restrictions and business closures across the U.S., Canada and Europe.
