Brazil’s central bank is poised to cut its 2020 growth forecast as the new coronavirus outbreak hits demand from China and other export markets.

The lower number will be published March 26 in the bank’s quarterly inflation report, according to two people with direct knowledge of the discussions. The central bank also sees signs that the virus is damaging Brazilian industry by disrupting supply chains, according to the people, who asked not to be named because the discussions aren’t public.
