A second French national was diagnosed with the coronavirus in Senegal Tuesday, a day after the nation became the second sub-Saharan country to report a case of the virus.

The patient, an 80-year-old man living in Paris, arrived in Dakar, the capital, on Feb. 29, the health ministry said in a statement.
