JetBlue First Airline to Line Up Sustainability-Linked Loan

JetBlue Airways Corp. revised a $550 million credit facility to add a pricing mechanism linked to the airline’s environmental, social and governance -- or ESG -- performance.

BNP Paribas SA, the sole structuring agent, said JetBlue is the first airline to arrange a so-called sustainability-linked loan, according to a statementBloomberg Terminal Monday. Terms of the revolving credit facility weren’t disclosed.
