Pete Buttigieg acknowledged on Sunday a checkered record on race and policing when he was mayor of South Bend, Indiana.

“Is the record mixed? Of course it is,” Buttigieg said on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” one of five Sunday news shows he appeared on two days before the New Hampshire primary.
