Thai University Tells Students to Stay Home If They Recently Traveled

One of Thailand’s top universities told students and staff returning from overseas to stay home as fears about the deadly novel coronavirus from China ripple across the country.

They should take a “leave of absence” for two weeks for observation if they have been abroad in the past month or in contact with travelers, Chulalongkorn University said in a statement. That’s especially if trips to or from China are involved, it said.
