President Vladimir Putin nominated the head of his tax service Mikhail Mishustin to be Russia’s next prime minister, Interfax reported.

Mishustin, 53, has led the tax service since 2010 and helped increase collections through introducing new technology. Before that, he was president of Moscow-based UFG Asset Management.
