Barry Diller’s IAC/InterActive Corp. is exploring a sale of its CH Media business, the parent company of CollegeHumor and other digital brands, according to people familiar with the matter.

IAC is in the preliminary stages of working on the potential divestiture of CH Media, said the people, who asked to not be identified because the matter isn’t public. It is unclear what valuation IAC is seeking in a potential sale of the business. No final decision has been made and IAC could opt to keep the unit, the people said.
