Mylan NV Chief Executive Officer Heather Bresch will receive $30.8 million when she steps down from the generic-drug company following its combination with Pfizer Inc.’s Upjohn unit, the companies said in a securities filing Friday.

The companies announced the deal in July. While Pfizer shareholders will have majority control of the new company, most of the board seats will be chosen by Mylan. Who will fill those seats has yet to be worked out.
