Romania is facing the prospect of losing a third prime minister in as many years.
Opposition parties say a roll call showed that they have enough lawmakers to topple the Social Democrat government on Thursday. Prime Minister Viorica Dancila -- already ruling in minority -- said that she’s still confident she can defeat the no-confidence motion because her opponents don’t have a clear governing plan.
