Castik Capital is exploring a potential sale of Waterlogic, one of the U.K.’s biggest providers of water coolers, people familiar with the matter said.
The European private equity firm has appointed Goldman Sachs Group Inc. to help examine potential options including a sale of Waterlogic, the people said, asking not to be identified because the matter is private. Waterlogic could be valued at about 2 billion euros ($2.2 billion) or more in a sale, the people said.
