Carret Private Investments Ltd. is merging with Lumen Capital Investors Pte to form a multifamily office that will oversee more than $2 billion in assets across Asia.
Hong Kong-based Carret and Lumen, headquartered in Singapore, will keep their names and operate in their respective markets for the time being, the duo said in a joint statement Wednesday.
