Healthy.io, a Tel Aviv-based startup that makes urine tests interpreted by smartphone cameras, raised $60 million and received clearance from U.S. regulators for a product to detect kidney disease, the company said.
Healthy.io’s goal is to “do stuff with a camera that’s currently done either with a big device in a lab or with a visual test at the physician’s office,” said Chief Executive Officer Yonatan Adiri.
