After two painful years of restructuring, LafargeHolcim Ltd. Chief Executive Officer Jan Jenisch says the world’s biggest maker of building materials is finally ready for acquisitions again -- as long as they don’t threaten the progress he’s made so far.
Jenisch, 53, was hired to clean up the botched merger of cement makers Lafarge SA and Holcim Ltd., the former French and Swiss national champions that came together in 2015.
