Stephen Moore’s chances for winning a seat on the Federal Reserve Board looked increasingly uncertain Tuesday after GOP Senator Joni Ernst said she’d vote against him and several other lawmakers expressed doubts about President Donald Trump’s choice to serve on the central bank.
