Investment Management Corp. of Ontario, a money manager for pension funds in the Canadian province, expects to hire a senior managing director as early as next month as it prepares to boost clients and assets this year.
"We’re going to continue to hire people," Jean Michel, chief investment officer at the Toronto-based fund, said in an interview. "This is a tight, very competitive market, so it’s not easy to attract talent."
