Men and Women See Sexual Harassment in the Workplace Differently

Is it sexual harassment? The answer will depend on whether you’re a man or a woman, as well as your age, according to a recent wide-ranging U.S. that included questions on unwanted sexual advances in the workplace.
The responses, part of the American Family Survey that also included issues of marriage, children and public policy, showed that younger people and men were less likely than older Americans and women to view something as harassment.
