A group of British expats denied a vote in the Brexit referendum lost a European Union court bid to topple the EU’s decision last year to start talks on the U.K.’s exit from the 28-nation bloc.
The EU General Court in Luxembourg ruled on Monday that the lawsuit was inadmissible because “the decision in question does not directly affect the legal situation of the British citizens who brought the action.”
