Midterm elections in the U.S. offer little prospect of easing tensions in relations with Russia, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
“We should not be deceived and believe that this will bring some clarity,” Peskov told reporters Tuesday on a conference call. “So far, there are no definite trends toward normalizing relations.”
