U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin may meet again in Helsinki in early 2019, according to Finland’s biggest newspaper Helsingin Sanomat.
The venue for the meeting would be a summit over arctic issues, as Finland is currently the chair of the Arctic Council, and Trump’s participation would likely be decided after U.S. mid-term elections on Nov. 6, Helsingin Sanomat said, citing several sources it didn’t identify.
