The United Nations General Assembly, featuring almost 200 world leaders, a shifting maze of police cordons, and caravans of Lincoln Town Cars shuttling all over Manhattan, is back. Even President Donald Trump, who’s rarely visited his home town since moving to the White House, will be back, likely retreating to his eponymous Fifth Avenue tower between events.
