The U.K.’s departure from the European Union represents a “five-year increasing curve of pain” for Johnson & Johnson, a senior executive at the U.S. medical conglomerate said.

Brexit costs in the U.K. will peak in 2025 at about $180 million, Mark Lloyd Davies, a government affairs and policy director at J&J, said at a conference in Dublin on Thursday.
