Ferrari NV’s board enlisted Philip Morris International Inc. veteran Louis Camilleri to run the luxury sports-car company after Chief Executive Officer Sergio Marchionne was left unable to work by unexpected complications from surgery.
Shareholders will vote on the matter in the coming days, according to a statement Saturday from the iconic auto brand. The board also named John Elkann to succeed Marchionne as chairman.
