A handful of high-grade debt borrowers stepped forward overnight to restart a U.S. dollar market that went silent ahead of the Independence Day holiday.

While domestic corporate debt borrowers remain on the sidelines, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Credit Suisse Group AG, European Investment Bank and Japan Bank for International Cooperation this morning announced trades pricing today or tomorrow.
