Colombia’s infrastructure agency and the local branch of Brazil’s Odebrecht SA have been granted a 6-week suspension of their arbitration case about payment for work on a highway at the center of a mult-imillion dollar graft scandal, according to people with direct knowledge of the decision.
The delay will give advisers to President-Elect Ivan Duque, who will be sworn in on August 7, time to review the case.
